In a “60 Minutes” interview with Katie Couric, Grammy Award-winning singer Norah Jones talks about her musical style and the unique sound of her voice. (CBSNews.com)

If I had to pick my favorite Don Bluth film, I would have to say it’s a tie between All Dogs Go to Heaven and An American Tail
RIP Lynn Thigpen
Me too. Second favorite dog film.

Anytime!
belleza natural , espero que nunca se haga cirugias como la mayoria de artistas,
I find that Katie Couric is sucking the life out of Norah Jone’s interpretation of what makes her music beautiful and creative. So I think this video should be renamed as ‘interview fail’.
couric proves that she’s not very good at her job and has NO clue how to speak with a real musician
It must be brutal for someone like Norah to sit there and listen to KC’s questions. KC should use real words used in the English language. Maybe she should have done a bit of research on music.
Why couldn’t she just ask “How would you describe your style of music”
Let me guess: you’re black and you hate her because she isn’t.
i dont think couric knows anything about music haha… jones didnt know how to respond to raspy lol
A combination of amazing, unique musical talent, intelligence, humility, straightforwardness and natural physical beauty. Norah Jones is the perfect woman for any man on earth.
You are a waste of human life.
Jones’ voice isn’t exactly raspy…it has a sort of whispery edge to it.
Sweet
Dumb bitch. After rippin off the styles of Roberta Flack and other great black singers she can’t do shit on her own.
My feeling about this interview is a little misdirected, as raspy is not even close to the beauty coming from Norah Jones… Janis Joplin would be funky/raspy/ rock… I love both styles, but- Norah takes the crown jewel/// Envy from the Katie side might be in place here… even though I like Katie, Norah Jones is a very refined and eloquent lady– both in looks and grace/ Balanced in Nature… even then she knew to put Katie at ease… maybe an age thing, even though Katie is good looking.
@slavetotheblues: I’m not a Palin supporter but I know a hit job on someone when I see it.
I’m guessing you’re a Palin supporter from the way you’re getting worked up (Not that there is anything wrong with that).
First I didn’t call anyone stupid. Second my comment was about the interview not about Sarah’s or Katie’s past. Frankly I don’t care. All I’m saying is that Norah is a great artist and deserved an interview of a much higher standard.
@slavetotheblues: Well, your comment is pretty stupid also. Katie Couric spent her career reading the news from a goddamn teleprompter while Sarah Palin (the wife of a fisherman) worked her way up to be the governor of a state while raising five kids. Courics interview with Palin was a hit job designed to fool people like you into thinking Palin is stupid. You fell for it.
This reminded me of the Katie – Sarah Palin interview, except here Katie is Sarah.
Norah deserved so much better. Preferably someone who has listened and knows something about music.
I know- raspy?!?!
why is raspy so bad, axl rose has that great raspy voice.
I want my 3 minutes !!!!!!!
she is perfect… i’m in love
I want my 60 minutes !!!!!
There is nothing Norah cannot do, play all the instuments, of course the best instrument is her perfect voice, being really beautiful helps. There is nothing that can better her, as an extremely personable lady as well.
Muriel xxx Thanks for posting this CBS Newsonline.
is the interviewer dumb?
Watching katie couric stumble through this interview with a person she knew nothing about, while talking about a subject that she somehow knew even less about was very distracting. Shes on the same level as like a college intern at a local cable news station. pathetic.
