The vikings had a horrible offensive line last season. They should draft Matt Kalil. Morris Claiborne is a second chose that the vikings should draft. Justin Blackmon is a bad chose.

I hope we dont draft Kalil,OLineman are tuff to predicted & IMO you should seldom if ever gamble a top 5 pick on one. I`d like to see Claiboune picked there if they keep it, he`s a monster at that position… but what I`d really like to see would be a trade down & grab Barron, get some extra picks & draft a few linemen later on. Yes. The Vikings need to draft Matt Kalil. It all starts up front! Ponder needs a solid offensive line to help his development. When building a football team, offensive and defensive line should be top priorities.
Take Blackmon. Vikings will draft high again next year and there is always a top OL prospect early. A top WR talent like Blackmon is very rare.
THE REASON THE VIKINGS SHOULDN’T TAKE KALIL: Don’t get me wrong, kalil is easily the best olinemen in the draft and the vikings could use a left tackle, but honestly, what good does just one olinemen do? Look at the dolphins ( Jake Long ) and browns ( Joe Thomas ) both great tackles, but… THEY STILL ARE NOT GOOD TEAMS. The vikings should take justin blackmon or claiborne.
they should get kalil. i agree that ponder does need to stay upright. he has good mobility but its tough to always be on the run. alshon jeffrey would be awesome but i would also love to see them get marvin mcnutt from iowa being a die-hard hawks fan. i dont know if dominique rodgers-cromartie is happy being a 3rd stringer for phi but hed be a great asset with his contract expiring next year.
i think they should get alshon jeffery. he is a boss but i heard has has so weight problem so they could even stick him at TE. and also they are thinking about getting cyrus gray a HB to replace AP while he is injured and he is fast and a good player.

i disagree hill is a physical monster which would be difficult to cover with him and andre. Hill comes from a triple option offense where blocking is a must so i think he would be a boost for the run game too. Hill averaged 30 yards per catch at GT when they did actually throw with their garbage QB’s. So i like Hill. I’d prefer Alshon but Wright and Hill seem tied to me at this point
I like all 3 each hs their own advantages, watching SEC football ive seen alshon jeffrey and i know what he can do, Kendall Wright has the big play ability and the production at Baylor to back him up. Hill looks like has has a ton of upside with the combine numbers. Although as a Georgia Bulldog fan im not inclined to like yellow jackets but watching him play and knowing that he comes from a bocking system i think he can be a immediate impact at receiver. we’ll see wha happens
haha wasn’t trying to be a dick.. I really like the way the Giants have been drafting lately. Reese just seems like he likes to draft those super talented players that fall to him in the 1st round, and draft more for the team’s needs need in the 2nd round and after. I’ve just never even heard of a team trading that far up in the 1st round without giving up some serious talent.
Personally I don’t think it will happen, but if it does I wouldn’t be suprised..
I already learned last year to never bother to question Giants GM Jerry Reese… you’re always going to be wrong one way or another.

Everything… Normally teams have to overpay to trade up that high in the draft. According to the Trade Value Chart the Giants #32 pick is worth 590 points, and Vikings #3 = 2200 points. If the Giants have the 32nd pick in every round, their entire draft is worth just over 1000 points. Suffice to say, the only way the Giants could afford to move up that far in the draft would be to give up Manning, JPP, or Nicks.

GM Rick Spielman is willing to trade down from the no 3 overall pick. Being a Giants fan, the team is in need of an offensive tackle like Kalil. What would you like to see in return from the Giants, other then the untouchables (ie. Manning, JPP, Cruz, Nicks, etc)
Eagles will trade up and have the 3rd overall pick.
kevin walter is a competent #3/slot reciever. n jones shouldn’t be on the team after he single handedly lost the playoff game with those punt/kick return drops. (actually not so sure he was the guy, but in either case, not good)
