If we followed the US Constitution, “equal protection” would mean something. But the unelected fourth branch of government — the immense, unaccountable federal bureaucracies — like the EPA, doesn’t give a damn what you, congress, nor I think — what’s fair — or whether the Constitution authorizes its existence. Which is something to think about long and hard in 2012. It’s all about money. You want the EPA deciding where America’s money goes? EPA fees/fines are taxation without representation.

Do you think you’re going to have an “equal world” with the cap and trade and carbon taxes like Australia? Check out this video on YouTube about immigration and the world poor: “Immigration by the Numbers — Off the Charts” Watch it and let me know what you think.

2/2 Cap and Trade (American Power Act) would increase taxes on the average household up to $3200 according to the RNC gas prices increase by $2.58 a gallon according to George C. Marshall Institute. With Obama demanding the cessation of offshore drilling gas prices are expected to increase yet another $5 a gallon, because we would grow dependent upon foreign nations we are not allies with in order to provide our oil. They would price gouge w/ gas prices increasing to $10/gal!

  5. TheModelification says:

1/2 Leading Climate Scientist John R. Christy researched two independent data sets, weather balloon and satellite. He found from this information gathered from the bulk of the atmosphere that climate change was neither catastrophic nor anthropogenic. He also stated that increase in surface temperatures in the cities were because of pavement, concrete and structures. It’s not the result of greenhouse gases.

We could use your help stopping the Cap & Trade legislation & the Global Warming charade.

Gore was chief cheerleader for the NAFTA & WTO creation which destroyed multiple tens of millions of good paying jobs & now is pushing the GW charade & Cap & Trade so he can cash in with his Goldman Sachs business shyster pals.

Please take a look at this important issue. They have faked data & spent many millions to promote this crisis creation

    Thanks all

Unfortunately, with the passage of “health care”, what he’s saying will be sped up.

You cant prove anything you say. Stop trying to tax us to death, stop trying to raise our utilities, and then say ” I will give you a subsidy so you can pay them.” What??? Fees and taxes for the U.N. also?? Taxes on many things, and 40 million new “Smart meters” Whats wrong with the old ones? How much do they cost? and what about Reparations for third world countries?? Why should Americans pay just because we live here?? Many Amish dont pollute much, should htey pay??pay for decades???

@Sea: The Gold buying frenzy appears to be driven by world US cash rich governments dumping the US dollar. Acquiring Gold at an unprecedented rate. The US Fed will undoubtedly have to fire up the presses to accommodate the massive outflow. All predicted as 08 drew to a close. The Russian was right on the money and even predicted the date for the massive currency withdrawal. Amazingly it occurred on the day the O was the generally acknowledged winner. predictions up to 10% inflation for 2010.

i dont understand why we are so focused on giving away money to lesser governments when that money could be better spent here where the bulk of emissions are actually originating…

  13. danchad79 says:

also check out/search ‘climate chains’ on youtube.

it is a compelling take on extreme environmentalism and cap-and-trade.

  14. Melville10 says:

I started reading about cap & trade. It is sooo fishy (no pun intended). It looks like another bubble in the works. I’m for helping the environment (electric vehicles, wind farms, etc.) but not this scam.

  15. rg2027x says:

It’s a money-making scheme it’s not an environmental protection solution.

That’s right another SHAM at your expense.

The crime syndicate lies to you about EVERYTHING. They swindle & deceive you at every opportunity. The criminals draft 1000+ page laws against you Congress doesn’t even read. Bailouts$, toxic skies & “swine flu”. They poison your water with fluoride & grant drug companies immunity from prosecution.

Yet they’re ‘concerned about the environment” & truthful about “cap&trade” LOL !

  16. Patriot0fTheRepublic says:

… anthropogenic global warming is bogus… hell in the 1970′s the big thing was cooling which was also championed by Obama’s white house science czar john holdren.

  18. SCOLADD says:

Funny how we actually have more natural resources than any other country in the world but we buy most of it from OPEC? Funny how they say the earth is warming, but won’t debate it and it will cost 300 bill. in taxes but won’t fix it?

  19. Seano71 says:

If you want to save yourself its worth while reading ‘Crash Proof’ by Peter Schiff. Personally, I can see the NWO failing because they only have a printing press and a computer. When people figure out their lives are controlled by fiat currency there will be a call for precious metals once again. It looks like China and Indian will be the first to have a gold standard

  20. Kearf33 says:

i am in Austria, and i totally agree.
Here it seems like the people want to be slaved to death. Its so sad :-(

  21. ezwip1 says:

That guy is right we are fucked.

  22. TheSaltyAdmiral says:

Funny how the biggest oil guzzler on the planet. I:E the most guilty for the shit we’re in. Are the one who makes the most fuzz about cap & trade…. gee I wonder why.

Also its funny that its a “evil plot” by the NWO all of a sudden. Lets skip the part where they have tried to make you listen for the past 20 years WITHOUT tax. Well that didn’t work.

Now the gloves are off, stop whining.

  23. DarkMonkArt says:

    first prices will go up.
    Then lines, for food.
Congress will pass a law to feed the people. (tell you were to live)…(Free houseing).
Then Mirical Past to feed people,
    Then sickness, disease. (common place)
No one will ever remember what it was to be free.

  24. Seano71 says:

I’m in Ireland, think I want to live in Texas. You guys are the only ones in the US with the balls to fight the NWO, actually the ones in mass in the world.

  25. Andy Day says:
